Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. hosted the Bronx Veterans Appreciation Breakfast on Monday, May 15 at Maestro’s Caterers in honor of Bronx Week.
This year’s honored veterans included Air Force veteran Kenneth Fisher, Navy veteran Joseph Bello, Army veteran LaTanga Blair, Marine Corp. veteran Kevin Chimilio, Navy and Army Reserve veteran Joseph Goonan, Air Force veteran Joseph Thompson and 107-year-old World War II Navy veteran Joe Binder.
