A firefighter was hospitalized after battling a 3-alarm fire at a moving company’s warehouse. Approximately 138 firefighters responded to the blaze on Saturday, April 29 at 3:30 a.m. at La Rosa Del Monte Express, a worldwide moving storage place at 1135 Tiffany Street. The FDNY gained control over the fire at 6 a.m. A firefighter was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay. The warehouse held supplies for La Rosa Del Monte Express and the fire did not disrupt their clients moving plans. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation. Photo by Edwin Soto
