Celebrating its 25th year, the New York Botanical Garden’s ‘Holiday Train Show’ keeps chugging along. A special media preview on Monday, November 14 showcased G-scale model trains humming alongside replicas of iconic New York landmarks created from natural materials such as bark, twigs, seeds and pone cones by designer Paul Busse’s team at Applied Imagination. New replicas at this year’s exhibit include the Coney Island Cyclone and Coney Island’s Wonder Wheel, Luna Park Entry Gate, the Elektrum Tower and the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge located inside the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. The must-see holiday tradition is open to the public from Saturday, November 19 to Monday, January 16 For more information, visit www.nybg.org/hts16.
