The School of American Ballet presented ‘The Beauty of Ballet’, a free, family-friendly project that illustrated how students develop into accomplished classical ballet dancers on Saturday, February 20 at Hostos Center for the Arts and Culture. SAB faculty member Katrina Killian and advanced students from SAB showcased examples of advanced classroom training exercises and performed excerpts from ‘The Sleeping Beauty’, ‘The Nutcracker’ and ‘Swan Lake’ to live music.
