The 161st Street Business Improvement District recently celebrated the three-year anniversary of their community garden. The BID, which is the only business improvement district in the Bronx to have its own garden, has collaborated with Hostos Community College, Highbridge Head Start, Bronx Community Solutions, The Bronx is Blooming, the Department of Transportation and NYC’s Summer Youth Employment Program for the project.
