Senator Jeff Klein receives award from Throggs Neck Houses Resident Council after he secures $1.5 million for new recreation field construction

Senator Jeff Klein received an award from the Throggs Neck Houses Resident Council after he secured $1.5 million to construct a new sports field at the complex. Council president Monique Johnson presented Klein with an award for his public service in helping to make the New York City Housing Authority development a better place to live and work. Klein received the award at a council meeting where he came to inform the residents of the good news in person, on Thursday, October 23.
