Scanlan Hosts Hall Of Fame Awards Gala

Monsignor Scanlan High School hosted its annual Hall of Fame Ceremony on Friday, May 11 inside the school’s Gallagher Gym. This year’s honorees included Msgr. Arthur J. Scanlan Award for Outstanding Professional Accomplishments and Achievements recipient Juan Gutierrez, Class of 1967; Nat Silverberg Award for Outstanding Achievement in Athletics recipient Robert McGuire, Class of 1954, 1956 St. Helena High School Varsity Baseball Team and 1960 St. Helena High School Boys Varsity Basketball Team and St. Helena Award for Distinguished Service to St. Helena/Msgr. Scanlan High School recipients Sr. Eileen Gannon, O.P. 1957 and John ‘Jack’ Ryan, Class of 1959.
