Pelham Bay women prepare to defend themselves

A martial arts center in Pelham Bay tought women to defend themselves — for free. Bronx Jiu-Jitsu on Crosby Avenue near Middletown Road held a free community outreach women’s self-defense class on Saturday, July 26.
