P.S. 83 donates food for the holidays

Police officers from the 49th Precinct arrived at P.S. 83 on Monday, December 22, to pick up food collected by the school and bring it back to the precinct in preparation for distribution to those less fortunate in the community.

P.S. 83 collected about 8.000 pounds of food as part of the annual holiday food drive conducted by the 49th Precinct Community Council.
