Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church Celebrates 110th

The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel commemorated its 110th anniversary on Sunday, October 23 at Maestro’s Caterers.

In honor of the parish’s incredible milestone, the congregation presented awards to parish worker Blanca Battaglia; famed ‘Sopranos’ and ‘The Godfather II’ actor Dominic Chianese and John Riley, Bronx superintendent of Schools in the Northwest/South Bronx Catholic Schools and Our Lady of Mount Carmel School principal.
