NYPD seeks help locating missing 83-year-old Bronx man

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an elderly man who was reported missing from the Bronx.

Hector Lluberes, an 83-year-old White Hispanic male, was last seen at his residence on 1700 Longfellow Ave. in the Bronx at approximately 3 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024. Lluberes resides within the confines of the 42nd Precinct.

He is described as being about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. At the time of his disappearance, Lluberes was wearing a white T-shirt and black sweatpants.

Authorities have released an image of Lluberes and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
