New York Institute for Special Education celebrates annual Fun Day

Students from the Readiness, Schermerhorn and Van Cleve programs at the New York Institute for Special Education played giant versions of classic and unique games at the school’s emoji-themed Fun Day on June 4 to celebrate the start of summer.

The students enjoyed jumbo Jenga, play Connect Four, competed in bean bag and ring toss games, played the hungry emoji game and interacted with animals in a petting zoo.
