A man is recovering after being shot in Melrose. Police responded to a report of a man shot in the shoulder on Saturday, August 10 at 5 p.m. at 281 E. 149th Street. The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made and the case is under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
