A man robbed a Chinese restaurant in the Bronx at gunpoint last week, and the NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
The robbery took place at around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Merry Land Chinese Buffet, located at 505 East 163rd St. in the 42nd Precinct, according to police. The suspect entered the establishment, brandished a firearm, and demanded money. He stole $320 from a 44-year-old male employee before fleeing the area on foot in an unknown direction.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
The NYPD has released a photo of the suspect.
