LaBoy Earns ASPCA Heroes In Service Award

The NYC Offices of America Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals honored Franck LaBoy, former director IPRHE Arturo Schomburg Senior Center, on Thursday, April 11 for his life time devotion saving dogs and cats from the ravages of abandonment and cruelty at the hands of heartless people. LaBoy was also recognized for his dedication addressing and changing societal attitudes of bias and indifference towards older Americans.
