Senator Jeff Klein presented a proclamation to Iliana Guibert at the Esperia Benevolent Society’s 111th Anniversary Dinner Dance at Villa Barone Caterers. She was honored as their 2017 Person of the Year for her dedication to New York City’s most underserved high school students and to chronically and terminally ill children.
