Senator Jeff Klein and Risa Weinstock, Animal Care Centers of NYC executive director, announced on Sunday, October 18 that $250,000 in state funding had been secured for a new mobile pet adoption center in the Bronx. The new mobile center was officially launched at Holy Cross School and it will help connect more cats and dogs with loving homes throughout the borough in the coming weeks and months.
