Councilman Andy King, who is well-known for his dapper bow tie attire, awarded $300 to 11-year-old entrepreneur Chase Taylor on Wednesday, July 19 inside his district office.
Taylor started his own bow tie making business at ten-years-old, donating to various causes, most recently a fashion show held for autism research.
