An east Bronx green strip went global Sunday, September 7 at a music festival put on by three local elected officials. Pelham Parkway South at Mulliner Avenue played host to an International Music Festival, featuring music and eats from around the world. The fest was sponsored by Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj, Councilmember Jimmy Vacca and Senator Jeff Klein.
