Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez, Councilman Mark Gjonaj, Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association, Allerton International Merchants Association and the White Plains Road Business Improvement District held a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 27 at P.S. 105.
