Fatal Bronx motorcycle crash leaves 1 Dead, 2 Critically Injured, including 3-year-old girl

A fatal motorcycle crash in the Bronx on Sunday left one man dead and two others critically injured—including a 3-year-old girl, police said.

The collision involving a Lexus sedan and a Suzuki GSX-S 1000 motorcycle, occurred on the Pelham Parkway at around 2:50 p.m.

The motorcyclist, an unidentified man riding with a passenger, was traveling westbound on Pelham Parkway when he collided with a 2023 Lexus IS 350 traveling eastbound on Pelham Parkway. The Lexus was making a left turn to enter the entrance ramp of southbound I-95 when the collision took place.

The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS. Meanwhile, EMS transported his unidentified female passenger to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in critical condition.

A 40-year-old man driving the Lexus was not injured, police said. However, EMS transported a 39-year-old female passenger to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition, and EMS transported a 3-year-old girl to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in critical condition.

The investigation remains ongoing.
