Diaz Remembers 50th Year Of MLK’s Death

Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. held a ceremony in memory of the 50th anniversary of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s assassination and passing on Wednesday, April 4 at the Bronx Country Building Veterans’ Memorial Hall. The ceremony was capped off with a screening of Dr. King’s iconic ‘I Have a Dream’ speech which he delivered during the 1963 March on Washington.
