Daffodil Project At St. Mary’s Park

New Yorkers for Parks, the citywide independent champion of quality open space, distributed 500,000 free daffodil bulbs to volunteers in all five boroughs on Saturday, October 14.

A living memorial to the victims of 9/11, the free daffodil bulbs were available for groups and individuals to plant in parks, community gardens, schoolyards, street tree pits and other public spaces.
