Congressman Joseph Crowley hosted his annual Italian Heritage Month Celebration on Monday, October 16 at F & J Pine Restaurant. This year’s exemplary honorees recognized for their outstanding public service included Anthony Vitaliano, Community Board 11 chairman and Carolyn Scarano, 36th Assembly District leader and community advocate.
