On September 24, 2009, the Bronx Times Reporter published an article titled “Neighbors petition against Animal House parties” which dealt with a neighborhood petition against two residences on Radio Drive. The petition, sent to Community Board 10 and the 45th Precinct, concerned allegations of very loud music, underage drinking and pot smoking. The occupants of both houses vehemently deny these allegations. Further, the Bronx Times Reporter would like to clarify that there is no suggestion that these families either participated in, or condoned, any illegal activity on their properties.
