Mayor Eric Adams announced Thursday, a group of new initiatives to boost the City's effort to help those living with addiction in places like the Hub. But while some Bronx residents celebrated the mayor's announcement, others who frequent the Hub were skeptical about whether the City's plan would be effective questioning more controversial aspects of the strategy and also the City's ability to follow through with its promises.
