The Bronx River Alliance hosted the exhilarating Bronx River Greenway 5K Canoe Challenge, New River House Tour and Starlight Park Event on Saturday, July 15.
Teams paddled down the river as they competed for the title of 2017 Bronx River Canoe Champion while raising funds to continue making canoe adventures on the Bronx River possible for local families.
The Bronx River Alliance is partially funded by Hurricane Sandy coastal resiliency relief and federal funds.
