Bronx Community Health Network’s Wear Red Day

BCHN members wore their best red outfits to raise heart health awareness.

Bronx Community Health Network celebrated National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 3 at the organization’s Fordham Plaza headquarters. In order to bring better awareness to heart health, BCHN and other organizations promoted small lifestyle changes people can make to positively impact their health such as being more physically active, controlling blood pressure and cholesterol and getting adequate amounts of sleep.
