Northwest Bedford Park resident Eduardo Santamaria was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout on Sunday, June 19 at a Court of Honor of Troop 21. Santamaria earned 28 merit badges which is seven more than required for the highest rank in Scouting. A Wadleigh High School for Performing and Visual Arts graduate, Santamaria led a team to clean, prune, weed, plant and raked St. James Park for his leadership project.
