Former Knicks players Larry Johnson and former St. John’s standout and Miami Heat player and Anthony Mason Jr. visited The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore on Wednesday, December 14.
They played games like UNO with the kids, and also brought books, toys and encouragement to kids’ bedsides.
The visit was sponsored by the Family on Three Foundation, a non-profit created in honor of Mason Jr.’s late father, former Knicks All-Star player Anthony Mason.
The organization provides inner-city kids with positive role models and opportunities to volunteer in the community.
