Bronx children from Police Athletic League Centers joined over 150 children from PAL Centers across the five boroughs at the NYPD Candidate Assessment Center for the eighth annual Junior Police Jamboree on Thursday, June 9. The young ‘recruits’ from 20 citywide PAL Centers displayed projects highlighting leadership qualities and community service during a fair while NYPD members demonstrated officer training activities.
