Opening night marks beginning of EBHF’s 16th season

Last month, the East Bronx History Forum hosted its opening night, officially kicking off its 16th season. The lecture, which took place at the Huntington Free Library, highlighted the topic of prohibition, which was a tag team effort of Tom Vasti’s comprehensive knowledge of gin mills in the Bronx and Bob Apuzzo’s discussion of transportation and quick getaways every bootlegger should know.
