The New York Botanical Gardens hosted its ‘Fiesta de Flores’ event on Thursday, September 26. The festival of flowers celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month and presented a Public Service Award presentation to Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez. Events included music, crafts, food and wine tasting.

Tanya Torres had her artwork on display.
Nanette Sanchez displayed her earthware crafts.
Olga Ayala displayed her handmade crafts.
