41st Precinct

Tuesday, August 6 at 8:30 p.m. – It was reported that inside 1025 Westchester Avenue, Antillana Fresh Meat Market, the individual placed an undetermined quantity of soap and laundry detergent inside of a black plastic bag and then walked out of the market without paying for the items. When a 48-year-old male employee confronted the individual about the theft inside of 897 Westchester Avenue, the individual struck him on the left forearm with a cane and displayed a knife. The victim ran back to the market with a laceration to his forearm; he was treated at the scene by EMS. The individual then returned to the market, knocked over multiple boxes of produce and sprayed the produce on display with an unknown liquid before he fled eastbound on Westchester Avenue.

Friday, August 9 at 12:17 a.m. – An individual approached the 54-year-old male victim from behind–at a bus stop located in front of 866 Prospect Avenue (BX17)– and punched him in the back of the head causing him to fall down. The individual fled initially, but returned, and punched the victim in his jaw as he was attempting to get up. The individual then removed $70 in cash from the victim and fled. EMS responded and transported the individual to an area hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition for severe brain hemorrhaging. The individual is described as follows: Male, black, 25 to 35 years-old, facial hair, wearing a white T-shirt, dark colored pants, white sneakers, and head-phones.

43rd Precinct

Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. – The two individuals approached the 37-year-old male victim, in the vicinity of 2040 McGraw Avenue. The individuals grabbed the victim by the arm and forcibly removed his watch, wallet, and cellphone. The individuals then fled westbound on McGraw Avenue. No injuries were reported.

The individuals are described as follows:

Individual #1: is described as a male, approximately 5’8”, 140 lbs., 18-20 years old, with a black afro. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Individual #2: is described as a male, approximately 140 lbs., 18-20 years old; he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

45th Precinct

Tuesday, July 9 at 2:20 p.m. – An unidentified female entered 915 Hutchinson River Parkway, Monsignor Scanlan High School. Once inside, the female removed one laptop computer. The female fled in an unknown direction.

Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 9:00 p.m. – At 3444A E. Tremont Avenue, T & A Candy & Grocery, an unidentified male entered the location displaying a knife and demanded cash. The store clerk complied and the male fled in unknown direction with approximately $600. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

47th Precinct

Friday, August 16, 2019 at 6:08 a.m. – In front of 3391 Boston Road, a 61-year-old male was walking outside the location when he was approached by an unidentified male and female who forcibly removed his wallet after attacking the victim. The couple fled in unknown direction with $20 and the victim was removed to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.

Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 3:25 a.m. – Inside Shoelace Park located in the vicinity of 226 Street and Bronx Boulevard, an unknown adult male individual did stab a 29-year-old female multiple times on the left side of her body, and did attempt to sexually assault her before fleeing in an unknown direction. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Jacobi Hospital, where she is currently being treated.
