Community Education Council District 8 Community Superintendent Dr. Erika Tobia hosted The Kindness Awards on Wednesday, March 20 at P.S. 48.
The event featured 37 schools located in District 8 which represent the areas of Throggs Neck, Pelham Bay, Country, Morrisania, Unionport, Clason Point, Soundview, Hunts Point and Longwood.
