Friends of Pelham Parkway and local volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help build their Community Flower Garden on Saturday, April 14 between Pelham Parkway North and Wallace Avenue. The garden featured roses and holly shrubs, courtesy of Citizens for NYC’s ‘Love Your Block’ grant, planted around FPP’s new bulletin board funded by Partnership for Parks.
