Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a teen in Claremont.

According to police, Gregory Pena, 18, was standing on Sheridan Avenue near Marcy Place on Tuesday, December 26 at 8:40 p.m. when a gunman approached Pena, shooting him once and fleeing the scene.

Gravely wounded, Pena walked more than two blocks to Walton Avenue before collapsing from his injury.

Medics rushed Pena to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Police are still investigating this case.
