Bronxites craving a good scare visited Westchester Square for the fourth annual Halloween at the Square on Tuesday, October 31. Hosted by Councilman James Vacca and the Westchester Square Business Improvement District, the frighteningly fun spooktacular for the whole family featured a massive haunted house attraction, horse-drawn hayrides, live music, candy giveaways and a children’s costume contest.
