Man Jumps From Concourse Overpass

A man tried to harm himself by jumping from an overpass. According to a NYPD spokesman, 52nd Precinct police responded to a call of an unidentified 41-year-old man from the Bronx at the intersection of Grand Concourse and East Bedford Park Boulevard. When police arrived, they saw the man hanging off the overpass. He jumped to the roadway below in an attempt to hurt himself, but only sustained injuries to his legs.
