Jazz legend Paquito D’Rivera mentored Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music students as they rehearsed for their upcoming musical performance on Sunday, May 7 at Lehman College.
The students premiered their new work of poetry and music celebrating the natural and cultural diversity of the Caribbean under the blue whale in the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life at the American Museum of Natural History on Saturday, May 13.
