One Locust Point homeowner transformed his home into a whimsical winter wonderland this holiday season.
Jim Lacas’ 3228 Giegerich Place home includes a handmade festive carousel and dump truck, bright Christmas lights and animated decorations including gingerbread men riding a moving seesaw.
Lacas starts decorating his family’s home every November 1 and finishes by the first Saturday in December.
