Blowout New York, the Bronx’s first blow dry bar, celebrated its stylish Sunday, April 3 grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and delicious baked goods. The 3182 E. Tremont Avenue hair salon is open Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
