Academy of Mount St. Ursula students participated in a Day of Service on Tuesday, November 24 in the spirit of the high school’s motto: the Latin word “serviam” which means ‘I serve.’ Some of the service activities included setting up Thanksgiving Dinner at Serviam Gardens, working with children at the Concourse House, assisting teachers at Our Lady of Refuge and St. Ann’s Schools, spending time with the senior citizens at St. Patrick’s Home, Sr. Annunciata Bethel Senior Center, Edison Arms and performing International Night acts at Andrus on the Hudson Senior Care Community.
