Borough President Ruben Daiz Jr., in partnership with Charito Cisneros of the New York Hispanic Cosmetology and Beauty Chamber of Commerce, hosted the 13th annual DiVA Spa, an event designed to bring domestic violence awareness information to Bronx residents while offering a free day of beauty and spa treatments. The event was held at Veterans’ Memorial Hall in the Bronx County Building on Tuesday, October 13.
