For the first time in 13 years, NYC Housing Authority has received the highest designation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for its Section 8 program two years in a row. This incredible accomplishment was announced on Tuesday, August 29 in a press conference at Soundview Houses, the site of a new project-based development providing housing for 86 low-income Bronx elders.
