The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 9-year-old boy who was reported missing from the Concourse neighborhood in the Bronx.

Naveed Hamilton was last seen leaving his home on Sheridan Avenue near East 165th Street at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 19, police said.

The child is described as being 4 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 80 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark gray sweatpants, red Crocs, a light blue fleece, and a black jacket.

Anyone with information on Hamilton’s whereabouts is urged to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Police asked that anyone with information about the child’s whereabouts call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also report a tip through the Crime Stopper’s website or on X @NYPDTips. Tips are always anonymous.
