The Westchester Square BID recently held a Halloween event which provided activities including a haunted house, facepainting and music for those in attendance. Local merchants also participated in the event by handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters. The event was made possible by the Westchester Square BID and the 45th Precinct.

(topuright) Children in costumes took the opportunity to get their face painted at the event.
