Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. hosted his annual Bronx Week Parent Appreciation celebration on Thursday, May 16 at the Bronx County Building’s Veterans Memorial Hall. The borough president honored parents who have been leaders in their community, celebrated their contributions they have made not only for their own children, but for students throughout the Bronx.
Michaela Ritz accepted a citation of merit on behalf of her father Stephen Ritz, Green Bronx Machine CEO and founder.
