Councilman Rafael Salamanca officially kicked off Participatory Budgeting Cycle 8 on Monday, October 15 at M.S. 302 Girls Prep School.
This is the third consecutive year Salamanca has opted into PB, the community-driven process that lets residents in the district vote on how to direct $1 million in community funding.
