Monday, December 11 at 1 a.m. — Cops received a report of a burglary inside of a moving business at 438 E. 166th Street. A male black in his 40s gained entry into a storage facility by forcing open the front door. Once inside, he opened numerous containers and removed many items. He was last seen wearing a light colored hooded sweater, a black jacket and dark colored pants.

43 Precinct

Monday, December 25 at 12:20 a.m. – Two individuals approached a 26-year-old employee of a bodega and demanded money in an armed robbery. The employee complied and the two men fled the location on foot with two cell phones and about $1000. The store employee wasn’t injured.

46 Precinct

Friday, December 1 at 12:50 a.m — Two people approached a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman at W. 176th Street and Grand Avenue in an attempted armed robbery. The man was struck multiple times with a gun to the head and body causing cuts. The individuals fled on Grant Avenue without anything to show for it. The two individuals are described as a black man with a slim build and a Hispanic man with a slim build. The Hispanic man was carrying a green book bag.

Monday, December 11 at 9:02 a.m. — Cops responded to a 911 call regarding an injured man inside of 2090 Morris Avenue. When they arrived on the scene, they found a 61-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds. EMS found the man to be dead at the scene.

52 Precinct

Tuesday, December 19 at 3:47 a.m.– A slashing was reported to cops as having take place in a train station on the IRT #4 line at the 183rd Street and Jerome Avenue station. A man was cut on the right side of his face with an undetermined sharp object after a dispute. He ran off the train and out of the station. The victim suffered a large cut to his face and was taken via ambulance to St. Barnabas Hospital. The individual cops are seeking is a dark-skinned black man in his 20s, last seen wearing a du-rag, black sneakers and gray sweats.
